First, the use of improper performance:

1, the wrong installation method:

a. The coupling is too tight: As the clearance between the coupling and the shaft is too small or there is no clearance, the bearing will be injured when it is struck hard, which will lead to early damage of the bearing and affect the life of the entire pump core.

b. Axial force of the shaft head: Due to the lack of a certain axial clearance when the coupling is installed, the hardware installation will damage the bearing and the bearing retaining ring, which will injure the entire pump core.

c. Concentricity excess: If the coaxiality exceeds the specified value during installation, the bearing and the entire pump core will be decentered and damaged early. Generally, the control is better than ≤ 0.1 mm.

2. Bad system environment a. Oil is dirty: As the mailbox is not sealed, dust and iron mixed in the surrounding oil can cause early damage to the pump.

b. Temperature is too high: As the cooling device is not installed, the oil temperature will continue to increase during the continuous use of the machine. If the oil temperature is above 70 degrees for a long time, the life of the oil pump will be greatly shortened, and generally it will be damaged (sometimes shorter) in six months to a year.

c. Into the oil: In the device with water cooling, due to the poor sealing of the water pipe, the water enters into the oil, causing the parts of the pump core to rust, lock up, and the blade cannot be thrown.

3, the error generated when rotating the direction of the oil port:

a. The pump core Xiaozi did not go to Xiao Kong Li (or pull it out when rotating), this is the space of the oil suction port of the oil pump is reduced, and the oil sucks the oil and the oil is blocked. The performance is: the noise is large, the pressure swings, and the oil will be used for a long time. c. The viscosity of the oil is too high. (The weather is too cold or the brand is wrong)

When relatively large a. The above situation exists evenly.

b. The product quality is not good.

3, the system has no pressure:

a. Overflow valve failure. (need to clean or replace)

b. Pressure relief valve failure. (need to clean or replace)

4. When the inner curve of the stator is a corrugated plate-like ripple: it is caused by poor oil absorption. The phenomenon is that the pressure is unstable, the pressure is too low, the noise is high, there are obvious metal knocking sounds, and the compressed air is compressed after inhaling air. The resulting crashes are due to the following reasons:

a. The oil is too sticky to absorb enough oil.

b. The suction filter is clogged or too small and the area for oil absorption is insufficient.

c. The oil level is too low and the oil is not in place.

4. If the system exceeds the rated pressure, the following conditions will occur:

a. The shell is broken.

b. Stator fracture.

c. Shaft fracture.

d. The screw is broken.

e. Shortened life expectancy.

Cause: The oil in the mailbox is dirty or the overflow valve and other function valves are stuck after entering the iron filings. This will cause the pressure to increase indefinitely. If the “safety protection” design of the system is unreasonable or the “safety factor” is too low, it will cause instantaneous pressure to exceed the standard. When the system pressure exceeds the rated standard, the internal parts of the pump core cannot withstand the high pressure and thus cause The fracture or life of a part is rapidly shortened. Check the pressure method: Connect the pressure gauge at the inlet and outlet of the oil pump and observe the pressure under normal conditions.

Third, the oil pump serious damage after the technical appraisal: After the oil pump damage, first of all to check the appearance, internal and related phenomena. When the following phenomena occur, its corresponding causes can be determined:

1, bearing damage: When the pump damage is more serious damage, which as long as the bearing is damaged, are regarded as caused by improper installation. 5, in the inspection of materials, the composition of the material, metallographic structure, hardness, etc. should be checked, but also to analyze the order of sequence and causality of damaged parts, and finally to find out the reasons.
